  • REGISTRATION

    Online residency re-verification   April 3rd, 2017 – April 28th, 2017

    You will need to have the following items handy:

    1.         Parent portal username and password.

    2.        A current list of contacts and phone numbers for your student’s emergency check out list.

    3.        Two most current proofs of residency, if you have problems uploading them please bring them in to the office.

     

    Kindergarten Registration    May 10th, 2017 (8:30am-2:00pm)

    Check your address on InfoFinder (ossdms.org) for the elementary school you are zoned for.

    Please go to our website, click the blue circle that says register now and look under new student registration.

                                                            

    Centralized Registration at Upper Elementary

    If you missed it during the month of April, these are the last 2 days before school starts to get your student registered. Tuesday 18th, July, 2017 (8:00am – 6:00pm)    AND  

    Wednesday 19th, July, 2017 (7:00am – 4:00pm)

     

     

    Returning students that have not re-registered by July 19th, 2017 will need to register on August 7th, 2017 between the hours of 9:00am and 11:00am and will not start the 2017-2018 school year until August 08th, 2017.
